Seo Ji Hye Kisses Her Way To The Future In The First Trailer Of K-Drama ‘Kiss Sixth Sense’
Fierce competition amongst OTT platforms has heightened the need for unique and compelling storylines to grab viewers’ attention. The lineup of dramas in May and June is quite diverse and the latest addition is Disney+ fantasy drama, ‘Kiss Sixth Sense’ starring actress Seo Ji Hye and actor Yoon Kye Sang.
Based on a webtoon of the same name, this 10-episode short drama sees Seo Ji Hye as the character Hong Ye Sul who is able to peek into the future by kissing a person. One day, she happens to accidentally kiss her boss and sees herself in bed with him in the future.
I liked Seo Ji Hye in ‘Crash Landing On You’ and she looks good in this trailer too. However, even though the premise of the show is interesting, I don’t feel intrigued enough to give it a try. For me, the trailer did not tickle my curiosity to make me want to watch it.
The chemistry between the leads is extremely crucial to a storyline like this one as the plot seems focused entirely on developing the relationship between the leads. From the trailer, it looks like a hate-to-love scenario, which is something rom-com lovers might watching. I’ll wait for the initial reaction of viewers to decide if I will be watching the show or not.
The show is scheduled for release on Disney+ on May 19.
