Son Seok Koo And Choi Woo Shik In Talks To Star In Comedy Thriller Drama
As per media reports, actors Son Seok Koo and Choi Woo Sik have been offered a comedy cum thriller series produced by Showbox and will be released on Netflix. The show is based on the popular webtoon titled “Murderous Toy”.
The story follows the life of a man named Lee Tang who unwittingly is entangled in a murder and is on the run fearing arrest by the police. Detective Jang Nan Gam is on his case and is able to nab him.
If the casting offer is accepted, then Son Seok Koo will be playing detective Jang Nan Gam while Choi Woo Sik will be seen as Lee Tang.
Son Seok Koo is my current favorite and I have been watching his older dramas just to see how different he is from Mr. Gu. After finishing “Matrimonial Chaos” I realized that Seok Koo is naturally charming. No doubt Mr. Gu is a great character but it is Seok Koo’s acting skills and attractive personality that lift the character a manifold.
“Our Beloved Summer” has been on my watch list forever!! So, I have not seen any of Choi Woo Shik’s dramas as yet but I’ve seen the award-winning movie “Parasite” and I liked his character. You see, when two talented people come together the show is ought to generate buzz. If this casting is locked, I will be more than happy to watch Seok Koo yet again. 🤗😊
